Craig N. Rosler
Mr. Rosler’s over two decades of experience representing clients in complex civil litigation includes defending Fortune 200 corporations, significant expertise in products liability, such as mass toxic torts, pharmaceutical suits, automotive defects, and consumer-fraud cases. He also has significant experience in analyzing expert scientific opinion in areas ranging from toxicology, to engineering, to econometrics. Mr. Rosler is well recognized for advancing his clients’ interests through effective, case-dispositive briefing.
Mr. Rosler led the briefing and served as second chair before the United States Supreme Court in Thacker v. Tennessee Valley Authority, 139 S. Ct. 1435 (2019). The Court returned a 9–0 decision for Mr. Rosler’s client.
Mr. Rosler clerked for U.S. Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler, in the Northern District of California, from 2014-2017.
