The Environmental Protection Agency has published a Proposed Rule that will modernize how the ignitability characteristic is determined under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. The Agency is seeking input from waste generators, laboratories, state officials, trade associations and members of the public on these proposed changes in a 60-day comment period. Comments must be received on or before June 3, 2019.
