Ms. Woo Nazal’s practice includes a wide range of matters involving environmental and regulatory compliance, enforcement defense, and environmental litigation. Her practice spans the federal, state, and local levels. She has particular expertise with respect to the California Environmental Quality Act, California’s Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, and the federal Clean Water Act. She also has uniquely sophisticated experience with legislative policy research and analysis, which she utilizes effectively to advise and support clients.
Ms. Woo Nazal earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University School of Law and graduated with specialization certificates in both environmental and public interest law. At graduation, she received her law school’s 2019 Award for Academic Excellence in Environmental Law, which is awarded to a single student each year. Ms. Woo Nazal also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from University of Toronto, Toronto Canada.
