Hartman King PC is pleased to announce Alanna Lungren as a new Principal of the firm.
Alanna joined the firm in 2016. She has immense experience and expertise advising business and industry clients on environmental and weights and measures regulatory compliance issues and defending clients in agency enforcement and civil litigation matters.
A thoughtful and strategic counselor to a range of clients, Alanna provides practical advice to multi-unit commercial property owners, popular restaurant chain owners, grocers and oil recycling facility owners facing consumer protection and hazardous waste prosecution, clients operating in the oil and alternative fuels industry fighting costly administrative orders, agricultural and industrial landowners addressing land contamination, and to retail and online marketplace clients on issues relating to weights and measures and packaging and labeling requirements, among others.

Alanna is a Chair of the Agribusiness Committee of the California Lawyers Association, serves on the Board of Directors for Women Lawyers of Sacramento and for the veterans and law enforcement service organization, Horses Healing Heroes. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2009 after completing her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2004.
Outside of the office Alanna is an avid skier and horsewoman, and she enjoys ranching and the outdoors with her husband and family.
