We are seeking an associate with 4-6 years of relevant experience handling regulatory compliance, environmental litigation, agency enforcement defense, and contaminated property matters. The ideal candidate must be a strong technical lawyer, excellent writer, effective communicator, self-starter, and enjoy motivating and mentoring more-junior members of the team. This position requires the ability to handle complex areas of law in an accurate and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and inspires others to be their best. Strong academic credentials and solid references are required.
